Pursuant to Plan No. 418/KH-ĐHCNĐN dated July 18, 2025, issued by the Rector of Dong Nai Technology University regarding the framework plan for academic organization for the 2025–2026 academic year;

The Department of Academic Affairs hereby announces the procedures for graduation review and recognition for the third intake of the 2025–2026 academic year, as follows:

1. Candidates for graduation review: Students who meet the eligibility criteria for graduation review.

2. Timeline:

 - Submission period for graduation review applications: April 17, 2026 – April 25, 2026

 - Announcement of provisional graduation review results: May 20, 2026

3. Submission location: Office of the respective academic faculty/department

4. Graduation review criteria:

Students must meet all of the following conditions:

- Not currently subject to criminal prosecution or disciplinary action involving suspension of studies at the time of graduation review;

- Have accumulated the minimum number of credits required for their major;

- Have a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale);

- Possess all certificates required by the program's learning outcome standards;

- Have no outstanding debts regarding tuition fees or non-tuition fees (e.g., dormitory, library, Youth Union fees, etc.).

5. Graduation application dossier:

- Graduation application form (with a photo attached) using the prescribed template; download the form here: Graduation Application Form. The information provided in this form will be used to print the graduation diploma; students are requested to fill it out completely and accurately.

- Students who did not submit a notarized copy of their high school diploma to the Student Affairs Department during initial enrollment must submit one notarized copy to the Student Affairs Department before submitting their graduation application.

6. Graduation processing fee: 1,500,000 VND/student.

Students must pay the graduation processing fee via the One Uni system/app after the graduation review results are released.
