The Undergraduate Affairs Office announces the schedule for graduation review and recognition for August and December 2026 as follows:

1. Eligible candidates: Students meeting the requirements for graduation review.

2. Application submission period for August 2026:

Academic departments receive applications and submit graduation recommendations: July 20, 2026 – July 31, 2026

Tentative announcement of graduation results: August 2026

2.1. Application submission period for supplementary graduation review (September 2026):

Academic departments receive applications and submit graduation recommendations: September 1, 2026 – September 4, 2026

Tentative announcement of graduation results: September 2026

3. Application submission period for December 2026:

Academic departments receive applications and submit graduation recommendations: October 1, 2026 – October 7, 2026

Tentative announcement of graduation results: November 2026

4. Submission location: Academic department office

5. Graduation eligibility criteria:

Students must meet all of the following conditions:

Not be subject to criminal prosecution or disciplinary action involving suspension from studies during the graduation review period;

Accumulate the minimum number of credits required for the major;

Achieve a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale);

Obtain all certificates required by the major's output standards;

Have no outstanding tuition fees or non-tuition charges (dormitory, library, Youth Union fees, etc.).

6. Graduation application dossier:

Graduation application form (with a photo attached) using the prescribed template; download the form here: Graduation_Application_Form. Information provided in this form will be used to print the graduation diploma; students are requested to fill it out fully and accurately.

- If a student did not submit a notarized copy of their high school diploma to the Student Affairs Department during initial enrollment, they must submit one notarized copy to the Student Affairs Department before submitting their graduation application.

7. Graduation review fee: 1,500,000 VND/student

Students must pay the graduation review fee via the One Uni system/app within 3 days of the announcement of the list of students eligible for graduation.
