The Undergraduate Affairs Department announces the assembly schedule for the National Defense and Security Education (NDSE) module – Batch 3, 2026 (scheduled for April 11, 2026) as follows:

1. Students in Companies 5 through 8 (Practical Training)

- Arrival time: 07:00 on April 11, 2026

- Location: Pickleball Court

2. Students in Companies 1 through 4 (Theory)

- Arrival time: 07:45 on April 11, 2026

- Location: DNTU Stadium

3. Attire:

- Students must wear the university-prescribed sports uniform.

4. Important Notes:

- The NDSE Center only accepts students officially handed over by the University; students who travel to the site independently will not be admitted.

- Students may bring one pair of sports shoes for activities and training sessions organized by the NDSE Center.

- Students are permitted to bring only one suitcase measuring 32cm x 22cm x 54cm (if applicable) and should limit the number of personal items; do not bring bulky luggage (large suitcases, large bags, etc.).

- Do not bring flammable, explosive, or unnecessary items.

- Students with chronic illnesses or health issues requiring specific medication should bring their prescribed medicines.

- Students are strictly prohibited from bringing electric cooking appliances, power strips, or similar items that pose fire or safety hazards.

Students are required to report to their assigned company, arrive on time, and strictly comply with the instructions of the instructors and the organizing committee.
